Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: Position handles HR/payroll/purchasing/accounting functions that includes pro card transactions, check requests, travel documents, purchase orders, and payroll processing. Position is responsible for generating routine financial reports for WUOT leadership. Works closely with the OT Business Team and University Payroll Liaison for handling administrative, human resources and financial transactions. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent high school certification, with some college-level accounting coursework; and five years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping; a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or a related field and one to three years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping may substitute. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Program of Occupational Therapy. This position is for the Medical School Campus. Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $19.18 - $24.47 per hour.
