KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop high performing Service Advisors, Parts Clerks, Warranty Administrators, Technicians, Detailers, Lot Porters, and Service Support.
- The coordination of timely delivery schedules.
- Drive and manage results through processes.
- Set goals and lead teams to exceed department KPI's.
- Strict reconditioning process that lives up to our "Premium Pre-owned" standard.
- Hire, train, motivate employees.
- Maintain clean work areas to 5S standards (set, sort, standardize, shine, and sustain).
- Daily monitoring, posting, communication, and accountability of productivity standards.
- Institute daily huddles in sub teams to ensure alignment amongst the whole department.
- Review and maintain work orders to established dealership and industry standards.
- Assist in reviewing FE claims.
- Meet or exceed dealership CSI goal.
- Annual vendor evaluation and accountability.
- Highly organized service lot adhering to maximum allowable time of customers RVs on premises.
- Maintain a very safe and compliant department through the presence of the Safety Committee.
- Adhere to Accounts Receivable standards set by the Accounting Department.
- Flexible to have partial weekend days off (Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon).
