Coordinate and organize learning materials and programs to help better educate RV dealerships.
Provide administrative support for the selection of workshop speakers and coordinate onsite logistics of live workshops.
Coordinates the administrative processes for the RV Learning Center certification programs.
Coordinates the administrative processes for online course(s) (currently Service Writer/Advisor with more courses coming soon)
Provides administrative support for the marketing of learning and certification programs.
Updates the RVDA/RV Learning Center websites and social media pages, e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Serves as backup/tech support to update the Fixed Operations Today website.
Coordinates the annual RV Learning Center scholarship selection process.
Supports the development and implementation of distance learning technologies, e.g., webinars, videos, and podcasts.
Opportunity to learn various aspects of professional development within a trade association including certification programs, online course development, and speaker management.
Experience in member organization preferred.
Computer skills, Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, association database knowledge preferred (we use iMIS), AMS systems including creating reports, comfortable composing emails an extensive interaction with members.
