Full service appraisal firm seeks an experienced commercial appraiser or highly advanced residential appraiser for work along Oregon's Coast and other parts of Western Oregon. Candidate should be Certified General or Residential, knowledgeable in Excel, and possess strong narrative report writing skills.  Appraisal assignments will include resource based property types (ranchland, farms, timberland, vineyards), unique properties (oceanfront, riverfront and lakefront properties), easement and right of way assignments, all types of industrial properties, RV and mobile home parks, and many types of commercial, retail and office type developments.  Our company has provided appraisal and consulting services for over 65 years from our Southern Oregon location. The principal appraiser will provide an opportunity to acquire the business in the future.
